Unfortunately my partner only survived 1 1/2 hrs after being transferred to your hospice. I only wished she could have spent longer in your care, the care she did receive in that short time was marvelous. I am filling in this form on her behalf.

Overall excellent care, communication & friendliness excellent. Maybe a little fridge to keep things like drinks & food cool when bought from outside.

Thank you for looking after my late wife Elaine Clacutt who past away on 12/5/14. Can't tell you how much it meant to me and Elaine; all the nurses was great. Rowcroft is a wonderfull place to be in your last days there.

The nurses are very caring and smiling. I always feel better when I see all the ladies. If I ask a question about the illness I have, it is explained to me slowly and I realise the condition much easier.

Staff are very caring and reassuring in every way. On a very few occasion, particularly during night time, the response to my call is a little slow.
